The little girl hadn’t been seen since the last week of December 2019. And it was almost two months later that The Megan Boswell decided to tell the police that she hadn’t seen her toddler daughter.
Mind you, “Little Mommy Dearest” wasn’t going to say anything to anybody about her toddler daughter not being around anymore. With the little girl out of the way, “Little Mommy Dearest” could live the life of a teenager. She could go out with her friends to parties. She could post pictures of them on Instagram, and do that Facebook time stuff that these young folks do, nowadays.
It never crossed “Little Mommy Dearest’s” mind that there were other people who love Evelyn Boswell enough to ask questions about the toddler girl’s whereabouts.
Enter, grand-daddy. Grand-daddy hadn’t seen his grandbaby in a while. He was like, “Where’s my grandbaby?”
And “Little Mommy Dearest” was like, “I dunno.”
"You don’t know?” asked Grand-daddy.
“Nooo,” is what Little Mommy Dearest" came back with.
Grand-daddy looked at that youngin’ who didn’t know where her “17 years from 18” youngin’ was and began thinking that something wrong was going on around there. Therefore, grand-daddy picked up the phone and called the peoples, Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, on “Little Mommy Dearest.”
The peoples got a hold of her and Megan Boswell then decided it would be best to tell the other peoples, the police, that she hadn’t seen her “17 years from 18” toddler daughter since the last week of December.

Nobody believed her because she had allegedly told them so many lies that she started “crisscrossing.” She said the little girl was with her daddy, Ethan Perry, who’s in Louisiana doing his military work for the Army. And everybody knows the Army keeps a record of everything and they didn’t have any records of Perry brining a toddler along during his shooting drills; which I’m sure the Army wouldn’t let Perry or anybody else do.
Recognizing that the whole, “My baby daddy got my baby” story wasn’t working, the “Little Mommy Dearest” decided she’d say the little girl was hanging out with her 42-year-old grandmother, Angela Boswell, and grand-mama’s 33-year-old “sugar cookie” named William McCloud.
Grandmamma decided she needed to help her baby, Megan Boswell, out, so she told the police that she and her “sugar cookie” spent time with the 15-month-old toddler.

Something happen, though, because between the time that Angela Boswell backed up her daughter’s story to the police, Angela Boswell and her “sugar cookie” allegedly stole a BMW and then headed north, towards the top of the Mason Dixie Line.
The police in Tennessee put out an APB on those two and issued an AMBER Alert for Evelyn Boswell. All of that lead to “Sugar Mama” and “Sugar Cookie” not getting above the Mason Dixon Line.
The two were stopped in Wilkes County, North Carolina, where the police decided they’d better search for Evelyn Boswell’s remains in a local pond that the locals say they saw Angela Boswell and “Sugar Cookie” hanging around.
The good news for “Sugar Mama” and “Sugar Cookie” is that the added charge of transporting a body across state lines and then deposing it was not added to the charges of stealing and taking a stolen vehicle across several lines.
The bad news for them is that they were still shipped back to Sullivan County, Tennessee, where they faced several criminal charges that could lead to them being placed in a situation whereby they don’t decide when they get to see the light of day.
“Sugar Mama” and “Sugar Cookie” have made bail. “Little Mommy Dearest” is still in jail, though, hoping somebody will make that $25,000 bail for her.
I’m certain that won’t happen because that bail is going up, since the police have found what they believe to be Evelyn Boswell’s remains.
